The shorter and much handier title for Super Mario World 2.

The babies are back! Once again, lil' Luigi has been kidnapped by Kamek and it is up to young Mario to save the day. Well, that's a lie. The Yoshis have to do all the hard work by carrying the sprogs across numerous dangerous levels. Sylistically and gameplay-wise the DS sequel is almost identical to the original, but with entirely new levels and challenges. Enemies must still be swallowed to turn into eggs which can then be launched at other things, red coins and flowers await the 100%-er, and taking the slightest hit means dropping the baby and having to scramble to get it back in time. In addition to the many new gimmicks that litter the levels, the major addition to the series is that of multiple babies; Switching between them at special stork points allows their different abilities to be used to progress.

Yoshi's Island, one of the SNES's most famous platformers, converted into a tiny cart that fits neatly inside a GBA with almost no other changes to the game. On top of that, each world has one additional special level to be unlocked.
