Despair -- To be forgotten is worse than death
Once one of Burmecia's great Dragon Knights, Freya started to crumble when her love, Fratley, failed to return from his journeys. Hearing only rumours of his death, she set out to find the truth... but to no avail. Burmecia was attacked while she was gone, and now the implications of her actions are weighing her down. Believing that her selfish quest contributed to the fall of the kingdom, she cannot return, and she thinks that she has lost everything. When a lone Burmecian messenger appears in Lindblum to inform the regent of an attack, she leaps into action with a conviction, determined not to fail her people again.
Battle commands
Jump
One of the most important dragon knight skills is the ability to leap, spear first, onto an opponent. The Jump command will cause Freya to leap high into the air, in which she is effectively out of the battle and cannot be hit. On her next "turn," she will land on her target and deal extra damage.
Dragon
Other dragon knight skills can be learned from her weapons. These magical abilities can both damage her enemies and heal her allies.
Trance
When under Trance, the power of Freya's Jump changes. She will stay in the air until her Trance runs out, and on each turn she will shower the entire enemy party with spears.
