Cost: 5, 24, 64MP

The three Cure spells are a must for any party, restoring HP up to the target's maximum. Higher-level Cures restore more.

Regen

Cost: 30MP

Regen interrupts the Cure sequence by becoming available at materia level 3. It puts the target in Regen status, under which they glow green and gradually recover HP over time. The status lasts even on reaching their limit, and will continue healing them the next time they take damage. After a short while, the status disappears.

Combo tactics

Restore is standard magic, and so can be paired up with All materia to heal the entire party at once.
