Cost: 10MP
Mini will either shrink a target, or restore it to full size if it were already beshrunked. While small, all attacks they attempt will deal only 1 damage.
Toad
Cost: 14MP
Toad is another toggle spell, available at the materia's second level. It transforms its victim to or from a frog, as which they deal much less damage and lose the ability to cast any spells other than Toad.
Combo tactics
Transform combines two status ailments, and is therefore linkable to Added Effect to inflict or protect against Mini and Toad. It is standard magic, and so can be paired up with most support materia.
