It never ends. After defeating the multi-stage Hundred Gunner, the swift aerial combat droid enters the fray. Its two primary cannon attacks each inflict a different status ailment, providing yet another opening for the dreaded sleeping decay should you be hit by both. The battle range is a particular problem, as you have limited attacks capable of reaching the target in the first place.
When it starts to run low on HP, the body begins to spin and the cannons are thankfully deactivated to help you finish the battle soon.
