Bahamut
The King of Dragons isn't quite as devastating as one might expect, but with SumMag+40% and the Boost time offered by the long Mega Flare attack, it is certainly possible to power him up. Bahamut's major draw factor is his collection of abilities, any one of which alone would be reason enough to Junction him. First, Str+60% and Mag+60% come pre-learned, granting an immediate and intense boost to a character's vital statistics. Expendx2-1 should excite any magic users out there, and Auto-Protect is a godsend against nearly any opponent. Dragons are also known for their hoarding abilities, and Bahamut is no exception. Mug and Rare Item combine to keep valuables flowing into your inventory, and then Forbid Mag-RF can turn them into the likes of Ultima. The icing on the cake is Abilityx4, allowing you to take advantage of nearly all of these skills at once.
Attack
Mega Flare
We see out into space from just above cloud level. The camera pans around, passing over the moon, and finally settling on the clouds. On then is cast a shadow of a dragon flying overhead. We see the dragon. On the battlefield, a small storm forms as Bahamut flies down through cloud level. He hovers, and fires many blue missiles from his mouth to the enemy. He then builds up a large magic and launches an enormous white laser on the enemy. There is a very large fiery explosion.

Location
Joins you after defeating him at the Deep Sea Research Facility, hidden near the far south-west corner of the map. Access is possible only via the Ragnarok. Approach the glowing blue core, and answer his questions to challenge him. The correct answer to the final question is hidden.
