
Anima
The poor, tortured soul of Seymour's mother provides Anima with all of the hate required to unleash death on any enemies Yuna may encounter. She can be found in the ruins of Baaj Temple, where Tidus first enters Spira. The chamber of the fayth can only be opened after collecting all of the other temples' hidden treasures, but the one in Bevelle is not required. Anima herself is a huge non-elemental being with enormous power.
Special attack: Pain
Pain is a long-range attack that cuts right to the heart of an enemy, dealing Death if the strong nonphysical, nonmagical damage doesn't finish it off first. However, it takes a long time for her to recover from this action.
Overdrive: Oblivion
Anima somehow manages to have an even darker side, which she will show to the unfortunate enemies in her Overdrive. After drawing them into her blood-red underworld, her other half - an almost mirror image of her above-ground self - breaks free of her bonds and launches a volley of 16 attacks on the entire party. In addition, a large explosion heralds their return to the world above.
