Rikku's overdrive is the most complex of the lot. She may combine any two items to result in a special effect which may be offensive, defensive, or something entirely different. There are many, many possible combinations and a large number of possible outcomes. Those which you have experienced already are listed in the Rikku's section of the in-game Overdrive menu.
Non-elemental Offensive
- Frag Grenade
Hits all enemies for a little damage, and inflicts Armour Break.
Ability Sphere + Ability SphereMana Sphere + Speed Sphere
Power Sphere + Power Sphere
Fire Offensive
- Firestorm
Hits all enemies six times for a little damage.
Bomb Core + Bomb CoreFire Gem + Fire Gem
Water Offensive
- Flash Flood
Hits all enemies six times for a little damage.
Grenade + GrenadeCurative
- Ultra Potion
Fully restores all party members' HP.
Al Bhed Potion + Al Bhed PotionDefensive
- Super Mighty G
Casts Regen, Haste, Shell and Protect on the entire party.
Chocobo Wing + Chocobo WingLight Curtain + Light Curtain
