On choosing the required Reels, a slot machine begins to spin. You have 20 seconds to stop the reels one at a time, and the resulting combination determines the effect of the attack. In all cases other than Attack Reels, matching no symbols results in a single attack on a random opponent.

The reels contain the four elemental icons. Match two to execute an attack of that element on a random enemy, and match three to hit all opponents.
This ability may be won in Blitzball tournaments.
The reels contain three symbols: "1xHit," "2xHit," and "Miss." A series of attacks are dealt out to randomly-chosen targets, for the sum of all three reels. If they match up, the total is doubled.
This ability may be won in Blitzball leagues, after Attack Reels has been earned.
The reels contain three symbols: One for lowering levels, one for negative statuses, and one for delayed turns. If two reels match, a random enemy is hit for such an effect. If all three match, the entire enemy party is hit.
This ability may be won in Blitzball tournaments, after the others have been earned.
The reels contain various elements from the other reels, with the addition of the Aurochs' logo. If these are matched, the result is a devastating attack against the entire enemy party.
