- Tidus: Huh?
- Lulu: Yuna's been kidnapped by the Al Bhed Psyches.
- Lulu: In exchange for her safe return, they want the Aurochs to lose.
- Tidus: What!?
- Lulu: If they're only blitzball players, I doubt they'd do anything drastic.
- Lulu: But we shouldn't take chances. Let's go get her.
- Tidus: I'm going too!
- Tidus: This will be no problem!
- Tidus: They're telling the Aurochs to throw the game, as if they needed to!
- Tidus: I mean, how good a team can they be?
- Lulu: Wakka said the same thing.
- Lulu: He'll take care of the game. We should go get Yuna.
- Lulu: The Al Bhed boat is in dock 4.
- Lulu: Let's go.
- Luca - Dock 2
- * Battle with Worker drones.
- Tidus: Whoa! What are they?
- Lulu: Ancient machina salvaged by the Al Bhed.
- Lulu: They are mostly vulnerable to lightning.
- Luca - Dock 4
- * (Battle: Yet more Workers.)
- Tidus: What's up with these guys!?
- Lulu: The Al Bhed were expecting us.
- The group take advantage of a break in combat to check the status of the match on the overhead screens. 2-2, three minutes in.
- (Commentator): The Aurochs are keeping the score tied with some excellent defence, folks!
- Wakka is the victim of a particularly painful tackle.
- (Commentator): Ow! He'll feel that one in the morning! But the referee doesn't call the foul! Wakka's taking a real beating out there.
- Tidus: Still in there!
- Lulu (being Lulu): He won't last. Wakka's always like that.
- Tidus: Ouch.
- Lulu: Let's go.
- * Approach the ship
- It starts to pull out of the dock.
- Lulu: Let's go.
- They run alongside it and somehow manage to jump on. Victory celebrations are cut short by the appearance of a rather large machina defence system.
- Tidus: Hey, we can use this crane!
- (Battle: Oblitzerator)
- Yuna comes out on deck to be greeted by Lulu. Tidus goes to investigate her KOed captor.
- Lulu: I hope you hurt them.
- Yuna: A little.
- Yuna (to Tidus): What is it?
- Tidus: There were these Al Bhed that saved my life when I first came to Spira.
- Tidus: They took me on their ship, even gave me food.
- Tidus: I was kinda hoping this was the same ship. But it's not.
- Tidus: I wonder if they're all gone.
- Yuna: What happened?
- Tidus: Sin came up near us.
- Tidus: I made it out okay, but I don't know what happened to their ship.
- Yuna: Um, was there anyone called Cid on that ship?
- Tidus: I don't know. They were all speaking that Al Bhed language.
- Yuna: I see...
- Tidus: So who's Cid?
- Yuna: He's my uncle, but I've never actually met him.
- Tidus (penny dropping): Wait.
- Tidus: That means you're Al Bhed, too, Yuna?
- Yuna: On my mother's side, yes.
- Yuna: Cid is my mother's brother.
- Yuna: He became distant after my mother married.
- Yuna: But she told me to seek him out if I ever needed help.
- Tidus: You're worried he was...?
- Lulu: Don't tell Wakka about Yuna's lineage.
- Lulu: The thing about Wakka--he never had much love for the Al Bhed.
- Tidus: Whoa!
- Tidus: I gotta tell Wakka!
- Lulu: I thought I told you not to tell Wakka!
- Yuna (in a moment of realisation): The game!
- Lulu: Oh!
- She performs some spell (Flare, perhaps?) to call for help.
