Given by Dio to the party in apology for throwing them into the Corel Prison, the buggy enables the party to travel across the desert surrounding the Gold Saucer and across rivers in shallow spots. It can be taken onto the Cargo Ship by driving it into Costa del Sol (or Junon, on the other side). The party does not avoid random encounters while traveling in the buggy.
