Vice leader of the Ioka tribe, after his squishy Ayla. He becomes jealous of her apparent interest in Crono, and steals the Gate Key after the welcoming party. However, the Reptites steal it from him in turn. When Ayla joins the party and sets off through time, Kino becomes head of the tribe.
