A crater formed when Jenova crashed into the Planet. The wound is immense, and leads down into the very centre of the Planet. The lifestream gathered here and formed Holy, but was unable to repair it. This leads the Shinra to suspect that it is the promised land. Sephiroth comes here for the Jenova Reunion and to stop Holy, and it is the location of the final battle.
