The M.S. Prima Vista is an ornate luxury mist-powered liner belonging to the Tantalus troupe. It features a 300 occupancy theatre on which the group perform while in dock, open to the air and inviting an additional audience from nearby rooftops. It was constructed in Zebolt Shipyards, Lindblum, and weighs in at 8235 tonnes. Though half of that is made up of whatever the group have looted during the show.

Aeris' ultimate weapon, found in the clock room of the Temple of the Ancients. Unlike other ultimates, it still allows materia to grow.

A little girl in Junon who is friends with a dolphin she has creatively named Mr. Dolphin. After the party saves her from Bottomswell and Cloud resuscitates her (in a minigame), she gives him the Shiva materia, and develops a childlike crush on him.

The weapon that Rinoa uses in battle. Unlike the other characters, Rinoa has never been trained in fighting, and so uses these circular blades launched from her arm to keep her distance. Her first projectile is the Pinwheel, and her ultimate is the Shooting Star. Others: Valkyrie, Rising Sun, Cardinal.

A legendary land supposedly rich in Mako energy. The Ancients traveled from planet to planet seeking it, but had to give up the quest when they were brought near to extinction by a deadly virus. Currently, both the Shinra and Sephiroth plan to take up their search, for their own sinister reasons.
