FFX Event
A ceremony conducted by summoners to send the departed to the Farplane. If the dead are left unsent, their souls remain in Spira where they begin to envy and hate those still alive. In this state, they may manifest themselves as fiends. The Sending prevents this from happening. Yuna performs her first Sending in Kilika after the Sin attack.

FFVII Materia
This command materia adds the Sense command to the battle menu. Using Sense will allow the party to see a limited number of the enemy's stats, including any elemental weaknesses.
FFVII SkillThis skill is added to the battle menu when a Sense command materia is equipped. Sense reads the enemy's data, showing the character its level, current and maximum HP and MP, and elemental weaknesses. The information will continue to appear until the end of the battle.

A weapon auto-ability that allows the party to see enemies' HP, elemental properties, and Help text as long as the wearer is in the front line. Some enemies are immune to Sensor.

The product of Professor Gast's Jenova Project, Sephiroth was born to be the ultimate soldier. And indeed, he made quite a name for himself in Shinra's SOLDIER forces. During a routine mission in Nibelheim, he discovered some things about his past that drove him quite insane. He now believes his destiny is to find the Promised Land and harness the Lifestream of the Planet to become a god. He will do anything to accomplish this goal, including killing all in his way and mortally wounding the Planet itself. He wields a very long sword, the Masamune. His biological parents are the scientists Hojo and Lucrecia, though he calls Jenova his mother.
