Four-Eye Reef
Fishman: Some of the small rings of light, which mark the location of minor sunken treasure, only appear at night.
Treasure: Great Fairy Chart, found using Treasure Chart 41 from Five-Eye Reef.
The Great Fairy Chart shows the locations of all of the Great Fairies, who have the power to upgrade Link's abilities.
Contents: Treasure Chart 19.
Sail on into the reef and destroy all of the bomb ships and wall-mounted cannons therein. A chest containing the Treasure Chart will appear on one of the stone pillars.
Mother & Child Isles
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Fishman: He reveals that one of these islands is a ring of cliffs, the inside of which can only be reached by air.
Great Fairy: Fire/Ice arrows.
Enter Mother Isle by riding a cyclone into the centre, and the Queen of Fairies will greet you and grant you the ability to launch Fire and Ice arrows. At least, she will once you know your destiny.
A traveling merchant can be found on the child isle, reachable by sea.
Spectacle Island
Treasure: 200 rupees, found using Treasure Chart 22.
Fishman: The Ghost Ship appears here on nights when the crescent moon faces up.
Contents: Heart Piece, Treasure Chart 17.
You can play a pirate-themed minigame here, in which you have ten cannonballs and must sink five stationary pirate ships. Beat the game and earn a Heart Piece, then win a second time to receive Treasure Chart 17.
Windfall Island
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Contents: 9 Heart Pieces, Treasure Charts 2, 7, 23, 24, 29, 31, 33, Tingle Tuner, Picto Box, Bottle, Magic Armour, Hero's Charm, Many quest items
Windfall Island is the central gathering place for people of the Great Sea, and is chock full of sidequests for little Link to complete. We won't go into detail here for the sake of brevity.
Pawprint Isle
Fishman: He tells you of ChuChus and hints that they can be used to make potions.
Treasure: Heart Piece, found using Treasure Chart 30 from the Tower of the Gods.
Contents: Heart Piece.

Dragon Roost Island
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Fishman: There is a cave at the back of the island, above the water level.

Flight Control Platform
Fishman: On Dragon Roost Island, you may find many secrets concealed by rocks.
Treasure: Island Hearts Chart, found using Treasure Chart 19 from Four-Eye Reef.
This Chart shows the locations and quantities of all of the Heart Pieces that can be found on land.
Contents: Heart Piece, Platform Chart.
This platform is where the Rito hold their birdman contest, in which you can take part for a fee of 10 rupees. The challenge is to fly as far as you can to the northwest, and the reward for passing the banner at 250 yards is a Heart Piece. Wingless Link will need to use a Deku Leaf and a strong wind, and take advantage of the updraughts that pepper the course. He'll also need the doublesized magic meter.
Near the platform is a submarine in which lurk some Wizzrobes and other assorted monsters. Defeat them to gain the Platform Chart, which (bizarrely) points out the locations of the monster lookout platforms.
