Three-Eye Reef
Contents: Treasure Chart 32.
The inside of the reef is protected by wall-mounted cannons and Bomb Ships. Defeat all of them to cause the chart to appear on one of the "eyes," which can be reached by docking at the wall near the entrance.
Greatfish Isle
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Fishman: The Ghost Ship appears here on nights when a little of the left side of the moon is missing.
Treasure: Triforce Shard 1.
Cyclops Reef
Fishman: Some of the treasure rings that appear on the surface of the ocean only appear at night.
Treasure: Light Ring Chart, found using Treasure Chart 21.

Six-Eye Reef
Contents: Heart Piece, Treasure Chart 26.
The Heart Piece is in a submarine to be found near the reef.

Tower of the Gods
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Fishman: You're destined to return here in your quest for the Triumph Forks, and Tingle can teach you more.
Contents: Hero's Bow, Treasure Chart 6, Treasure Chart 30.
The Tower of the Gods rises from the sea once the three Pearls are in place. Inside is a dungeon with the above treasure. Later, it also acts as a gateway to Hyrule.
Eastern Triangle Island
Fishman: He tells you that a Bottle can be found in the submarine to the south, and that keeping a Fairy in one will revive you should you fall.
This tiny island is home to one of the Great God idols. Insert the Pearls in this and the other two to open the path to the Gods.
Thorned Fairy Island
Fishman: Rito ladies go crazy for Golden Feathers, but the only way to get them is by defeating bird monsters.
Treasure: Heart Piece.
Great Fairy: Arrow upgrade.
Use the Skull Hammer to smash the three switches and open the door to the Fairy Fountain. Inside, the Great Fairy will increase Link's quiver to hold 60 or 99 arrows.
