Diamond Steppe Island
Fishman: The Ghost Ship appears here on nights when the a little of the right half of the moon is missing, and this island contains the key to boarding it.
Treasure: Heart Piece, found using Treasure Chart 23 from Windfall Island.
Contents: Ghost Ship Chart.
There's nowhere to dock at this island, so instead park up close and Hookshot onto the palm tree. There's a secret cave at the peak, which contains a maze of warp pots. Find the end to be rewarded with the Ghost Ship Chart, which reveals the locations of the ship and also stops it from disappearing.
Five-Eye Reef
Fishman: A great fairy can be found living on Outset Island, but her fountain is in a state of disrepair...
Contents: Treasure Chart 41.
The inside of the reef is protected by wall-mounted cannons and Bomb Ships. Defeat all of them to cause the chart to appear on one of the "eyes," which can be reached by docking at the wall near the entrance.
Southern Fairy Island
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Great Fairy: Bomb upgrade.
The Great Fairy's Fountain is obstructed by a wooden barricade, so blow it up with a Bomb and she will reward Link with the ability to carry 60 or 99 of them.
Ice Ring Isle
Fishman: He tells you of a great treasure located on the island, and also how to reach it.
Contents: Iron Boots, Treasure Chart 36.
Ice Ring Isle is protected by a geyser of piercing cold which can only be broken by launching a Fire Arrow at it. This will allow access for just five minutes, so quickly take the Iron Boots from within.
On the outer rim of the island is a chest encased in ice. Melt it away with another Fire Arrow and Treasure Chart 36 can be found inside.
Forest Haven
This island is ravaged by Cyclos, and acts as a warp destination.
Treasure: Heart Piece, found using Treasure Chart 31 from Windfall Island.
Contents: Forest Water, Firefly, Heart Piece, Treasure Charts 1, 3, 15, Quest items.
This is the home of the Great Deku Tree, and also the location of the Forbidden Woods dungeon.
Inside the Forest Haven, use a Bottle to collect Forest Water or to capture the multicoloured Firefly that lurks on the lower level.
The Heart Piece can be found in the mail after completing the Forbidden Woods.
Treasure Charts 1 and 15 can be found in the dungeon, but Chart 3 is on a small island near the entrance to the Haven. In order to reach it, use the Grappling Hook on the final grapple point, and climb to the top. From there, it is possible to Deku to the island.
Cliff Plateau Isles
Treasure: Triforce Shard 5.
Contents: Treasure Chart 25.
Enter the secret cave on the island, and work your way to the Treasure Chart held behind a set of wooden boards. They can be removed with a well-aimed Bomb or a Fire Arrow.
